Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances also receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price. Medical-emergency refunds may be considered with visit documentation including the Hawaii-licensed doctor's name, contact details, date and time. Allow 24–48 hours for review and processing.
