Itinerary
- Pick up at Asheville Visitor Center 8:00am
- Stop at Craggy Visitor Center
- Visit Mt. Mitchell State Park (short 5–10 minute hike from parking lot)
- Lunch at Mt. Mitchell Café or on the grounds
- Overlook stops along the Blue Ridge Parkway
- Drop off at Asheville Visitor Center
Important details
- Bring only items that fit safely under your seat or on your lap
- Leave coolers, chairs, and duffle bags behind
- Bring only a folding walking stick because van space is limited
- Leave alcohol, tobacco products, and weapons off the van
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the van
