Learn fundamental mountain biking skills with a professional guide in Summit County, Colorado. You’ll practice core techniques in the field, then apply them on a short trail tour.
Mountain bike and helmet are not included; rentals are available for an additional $80 per bike. Trip or rescue insurance and guide gratuity are not included; typical gratuity guidelines are 15–20%.
Cancel at least 14 days before your course or camp to receive a refund, minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless your spot is filled; if filled, refund minus 10%. Reschedule at least 14 days before for a 10% admin fee; within 14 days only if filled.
Bring comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, sturdy footwear (hiking shoes, approach shoes, or biking shoes), and a backpack with snacks, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and lip balm. Bring a hat and layers since weather can change quickly.
Plan for a physically demanding day. It’s recommended that you are in good physical condition so you can participate safely and enjoy the course.
Ride a full-suspension or hard-tail mountain bike with disc brakes and flat pedals. The course runs on dirt trails with varying length and difficulty.
