Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in
- Ages 8+ only
- Minimum height: 54 inches
- Weight range: 60–250 lb for the Half Tour; 70–250 lb for the Full Tour
- Children under 10 require a paying, participating adult on the course
- Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required; no flip-flops, Crocs, sandals, or open-heel shoes
- Pregnancy, heart conditions, recent serious injuries or surgeries, and mobility limitations that affect safe participation are not permitted
- Requires walking uneven hills and stairs, reaching overhead, maintaining balance, and self-braking
- Complete a digital waiver before entering beyond the outpost
- Tours run in rain or shine but may be delayed, modified, or canceled for lightning, high winds, or other safety conditions
- Groups of 6 or more have an 18% gratuity added; it is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule with no penalty up to 72 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
Personal phones and cameras are not permitted on the course. Your guide photographs and records the tour with a GoPro camera, and photos and videos are available as optional add-ons afterward.
Ages 10+ may participate without an adult on the course if a parent or legal guardian remains on-site. Children under 10 require a paying, participating adult on the course.
