Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in
- Ages 8+ only; children under 10 need a paid, participating adult on the course, and ages 10+ need a parent or legal guardian on-site
- Requires a minimum height of 54 inches
- Weight limits are 60–250 lbs for the half tour and 70–250 lbs for the full tour
- Wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes; sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, and open-heel shoes are not permitted
- Requires walking on uneven hills and stairs, reaching overhead, balance, full shoulder mobility, and self-braking
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy or with heart conditions, recent surgery, serious injuries, or conditions that limit safe participation
- Complete a digital waiver before arrival; it applies to participants and spectators going beyond the outpost
- Expect tours to operate in rain or shine, with delays, modifications, or cancellations possible for unsafe conditions
- Expect an 18% gratuity to be automatically added for groups of 6 or more; it is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule free up to 72 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns.

Personal phones and cameras are not permitted on the course. Your guide photographs and records the tour with a GoPro camera, and photos and videos are available as optional add-ons afterward.
