Important details
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Single kayaks are for ages 14+; parental consent is required for ages 14–17.
- Ages 7–13 must ride in a tandem kayak with a paddler age 18 or older.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early and allow extra time for traffic and delays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 3 days before your tour for a refund minus $25 per person. Within 3 days, no refund applies. Rescheduling is free more than 3 days before; within 3 days, a one-time $25 fee applies. No-shows due to lateness are charged in full. Weather cancellations come with 24 hours' notice; you may request a refund or reschedule.
