Important details
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- You're responsible for damage caused by you or anyone in your party. Damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- A safe, hazard-free play area of at least 2,500 square feet is required. Prepare it before delivery and keep it clean, dry, and free of mud, sand, or loose debris.
- For delivery, parking space for the delivery vehicle and trailer is required.
- Wear eye protection at all times. No pushing, shoving, grappling, or other physical contact is allowed.
- Handle equipment responsibly. Do not modify it or use it outside the intended activity.
- Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early because of unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or participant behavior. Weather and site conditions may require moving to an alternate approved area.
- Have someone from your group available to receive the equipment at delivery or pickup. Rental time begins and ends as scheduled, regardless of late arrival.
- Return all non-inflatable equipment to the wheeled totes at the end of the rental. For pickup rentals, return all equipment at the scheduled end time.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 20 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before your event for a full refund; 7–13 days before for full credit valid 90 days. Within 7 days, no refund; credits are discretionary. Within 48 hours, no refund or credit. Unsafe weather before setup results in full credit. Once setup begins, no refund or credit is available. No-shows receive no refund or credit.
