Important details
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old
- eBike rentals require riders age 21+, or age 18+ with a parent; step-through eBikes are for ages 16–17 with a parent
- Have experience operating a bike and feel comfortable riding in busy New York City traffic
- Bring a valid passport or driver's license for arrival
- Complete the required waiver before the tour
- Use a personal eBike only if it can handle the selected tour mileage
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 21 days' notice; otherwise, no refund. Full refund if the tour is canceled because of steady rain at the start time.

Choose four pizza styles and use the corresponding pizza picture numbers when making your selections.
For summer, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and a poncho. Don't wear flip-flops. For winter, wear a heavy jacket, gloves, thermals, a neck warmer, a small beanie or ski hat under your helmet, and heavy or layered socks.
Arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you'll miss the tour.
