Cancellation Policy
With 2 weeks' notice, your deposit is refunded or moved to another date. With less notice, this applies only if your date is rebooked; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. Only the captain decides if weather is unsafe. You can cancel for a rain forecast of 60% or higher during your trip, assessed within 4 hours of departure. Lower rain forecasts generally don't qualify.
