- A $50-per-hour holiday and event premium applies on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, the Christmas Boat Parade, and the Fourth of July period
- Wear a Coast Guard-approved life vest if age 13 or younger; life vests are provided
- Do not fish or swim outside designated swimming areas
- Do not smoke, vape, bring open flames, fireworks, or combustible materials onboard
- Do not use the fire table for s'mores, roasting, or food preparation
- Do not bring Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, or similar decorations
- Do not wear high heels, wedges, or similar footwear onboard

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund of the boat rental with at least 24 hours' notice. For captain rates, holidays, holiday weekends, and holiday events, receive a full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. If canceled within 72 hours, the boat rental is refunded but the captain's fee is deducted. No-shows are charged in full. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
