Important details

• The renter must be 21 or older. Bring a valid ID matching the reservation name. Passengers have no minimum age when accompanied by an adult renter.
• A qualified operator is required. For reservations made less than 72 business hours before departure, self-operation is available only with prior operator approval.
• Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+ and anyone not operating the vessel. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if you intend to drink alcohol.
• Bring the credit card used for the reservation to check-in. The card, ID, reservation, and person presenting them must all have matching names.
• An independent captain's fee is not included in the listed price. Captains typically charge $60 per hour, paid directly to the captain at arrival. Gratuity is not included.
• Paid city-lot parking and optional valet parking are not included in the listed price.
• Passengers ages 13 and younger must wear the provided U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vests.
• Sign the renter agreement and all passenger waivers before arriving at the dock.
• No fishing, swimming, smoking, fireworks, combustible materials, or open flames outside captain-operated fire tables. Fines apply. No s'mores or open food preparation on fire tables.
• No mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, or similar decorations. Remove latex balloons from the property in the same condition you brought them; do not pop, release, or intentionally deflate them on the boats, docks, or waterfront property. Violations may result in cleaning fees and fines.
• Remove high heels, wedges, and similar footwear before boarding; they are not permitted on the boat.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation for parking and check-in. Late arrivals may lose rental time.
