Important details
- The renter must be 21 or older. Passengers have no minimum age when accompanied by an adult renter.
- A qualified operator is required. For reservations made less than 72 business hours before departure, self-operation is available only to operators already approved by the boat provider.
- Alcohol consumption is limited to non-operating passengers ages 21+. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID proving your age if you plan to drink alcohol.
- Bring your valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation to check-in. The names on both must match the reservation and the person presenting them.
- An independent captain's fee is not included in the listed price. Captains typically charge $60 per hour, payable directly to the captain upon arrival. Gratuity is also not included.
- City-lot parking and optional third-party valet parking cost extra and are not included in the listed price.
- Passengers ages 13 and younger must wear the provided U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vests.
- Complete the renter agreement and all passenger waivers before arriving at the dock.
- No fishing, swimming, or smoking. Fireworks, combustible materials, and open flames outside captain-operated fire tables are prohibited. Do not prepare food or make s'mores on the fire table.
- Do not bring Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, or similar decorations. Remove any latex balloons intact; do not pop, release, or intentionally deflate them on the boat, docks, or waterfront property. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees and fines.
- High heels, wedges, and similar footwear must be removed before boarding.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation for parking and check-in. Late arrival may reduce your time on the water.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 72 hours, the boat rental is refunded minus the captain's fee. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, choose a different boat (subject to availability), a full refund, or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
