Important details
- The renter must be 21 or older. Passengers have no minimum age when accompanied by an adult renter.
- Bring a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation to check-in. The names on both must match the reservation and the person presenting them.
- No boating experience is required. If staff determine that a captain is necessary, an additional captain fee applies and is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly on the day of your rental.
- A hired captain is available only for parties of 11 or fewer.
- Parking is not included in the listed price. City-lot parking requires payment at all hours; optional third-party valet parking also carries a separate charge.
- Children ages 13 and younger must wear the provided Coast Guard-approved life vests.
- Alcohol is permitted only for non-operating passengers ages 21 and older. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if you intend to drink alcohol.
- Sign the rental agreement and all passenger waivers before arriving at the dock. Departure cannot begin until all waivers have loaded into the operator's system.
- Fishing, swimming, smoking, open flames, fireworks, and combustible materials are prohibited. Fines apply for smoking, flames, fireworks, or combustible materials.
- Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, and similar decorations are prohibited. Remove any latex balloons intact; do not pop, release, or deflate them on the boats, docks, or waterfront property. Violations may result in cleaning fees and fines.
- High heels, wedges, and similar footwear are not permitted on board. Remove them before boarding if you arrive wearing them.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for parking and check-in. Late arrivals may lose rental time.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. For captain cancellations within 72 hours, the captain’s fee is deducted from the boat rental refund. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, choose a different boat (subject to availability), a full refund, or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
