Important details
- Boat renter must be age 21+ with a valid ID
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation; its name must match the renter name and ID
- Arrive 15 minutes early for parking and check-in; late arrival may reduce your time on the water
- Complete the renter agreement and all passenger waivers before arriving
- All passengers age 13 and younger must wear a provided Coast Guard-approved life vest
- Boating experience is not required, but staff may require a captain at an additional charge
- Captain service has a 2-hour minimum and is only available for groups of 11 or fewer
- A $50-per-hour premium, not included in the listed price, applies on specified holidays and event dates
- Fishing and swimming are not permitted
- Smoking, vaping, open flames, fireworks, and combustible materials are prohibited
- Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, and similar decorations are prohibited
- High heels, wedges, and similar footwear are not permitted onboard

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Captain rates, holidays, holiday weekends, and holiday events require at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund. For independent captains, cancellations within 72 hours refund the boat rental less the captain's fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
