Cancellation Policy
Receive an 80% refund with at least 5 days' notice. Rescheduled bookings aren't eligible for refunds. Reschedule once up to 24 hours before. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
