Important details
- Boat renter: age 21+ with a valid photo ID and the matching credit card used for the reservation
- Arrive 15 minutes early for parking and check-in
- Complete the renter agreement and all passenger waivers before arriving at the dock
- All passengers age 13 and younger must wear the provided Coast Guard-approved life vest
- Independent captain service is limited to groups of 11 or fewer and carries an additional hourly charge paid directly on rental day
- A $50-per-hour premium, not included in the listed price, applies on specified holidays, holiday weekends, and events
- A booking fee, not included in base rental rates, applies and ranges from $15.75 to $54 by rental duration
- Fishing, swimming, smoking, open flames, fireworks, and combustible materials are not permitted
- High heels, wedges, and similar footwear are not permitted on board
- Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, and similar decorative materials are not permitted
- Alcohol consumption requires a valid government-issued photo ID showing age 21+, and vessel operators may not consume alcohol

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Captain rates, holidays, holiday weekends, and events require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. If an independent captain is canceled within 72 hours, the boat rental is refunded less the captain's fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Boating experience is not required but is recommended. An independent captain may be required at an additional cost if staff determines one is necessary.
Dress warm and bring blankets for a comfortable cruise. High heels, wedges, and similar footwear are not permitted on board.
Latex balloons are allowed, but take them with you afterward without popping, releasing, or deflating them on the boat or dock. Mylar balloons, glitter, confetti, sequins, sparkles, adhesives, and similar decorative materials are not permitted.
