Important details
- At least one adult age 18+ with a physical legal ID must be on each Sea Doo; minors may ride with an adult
- All drivers must leave a physical legal ID at check-in
- Anyone wearing an XXL life jacket or larger must ride alone
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Keep the same riders on each Sea Doo; the driver and passenger may switch positions only in the ocean
- Wear proper attire; jeans and heavy clothing are not allowed
- A $500 security deposit is held on a credit card at check-in. Bring the physical card matching your ID; digital wallets are not accepted
- Required incident coverage includes damage-waiver coverage for your unit up to $500 and third-party liability coverage up to $50,000. You are responsible for damage above $500, plus any fines or charges related to rule-breaking or reckless behavior
- Sign the safety rules and rental agreement before riding
- Arrive with your entire group 20 minutes before your reservation to check in; late arrival may reduce your rental time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund; bookings of 4 or more units require 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals may lose rental time or be ineligible for rescheduling or a refund. If unsafe weather or ocean conditions cancel the activity, choose rebooking or a refund.

Arrive early to find parking, especially during warm months and weekends. The Balboa Pier Lot at 105 Palm Street is recommended; parking closest to the shop has a two-hour limit.
