Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before your original booking for an 80% refund. Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refunds. Reschedule once up to 24 hours before. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
