Important details
- All ages welcome; no snorkeling experience required.
- Children 5 and under require hands-on, one-on-one supervision by a parent or guardian throughout the tour. Gear is not provided for this age group.
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price.
- Bring a properly fitted life jacket and water shoes for each child age 5 or under. Keep them close to you throughout the tour.
- Use the provided safety gear while in the water.
- Keep empty shells only. Return all living creatures to the sea after observing them.
- If your young child becomes upset, tired or disruptive, return to the designated shore resting area with the guide’s help. You can continue shelling from the beach.
- The launch location or departure time may change for safety because of wind or water conditions.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your tour time for check-in, gear fitting and the safety talk. The group cannot wait; late arrivals are marked as no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours: no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run in ordinary rain. If the operator cancels before launch, choose a full refund, reschedule or raincheck. No refund or raincheck if weather cuts a launched tour short.

FAQs
Free parking is available in the circle lot at the roundabout. There are no restrooms on site, so plan ahead before the night tour.
You’ll receive a text and email before launch if weather requires a change of location, departure time or cancellation. If you don’t receive a notice, your tour is on as scheduled.
Wear a swimsuit or clothing you don’t mind getting wet. Leave valuables and anything that can’t get wet in your car. If you bring a phone or camera, the operator is not responsible for loss or damage.
