No pregnant guests or children under 5. Guests must be able to walk 0.25 mile (400 meters) to the vessel and cross a 15-foot (4.5-meter) gangplank unassisted; mobility aids aren’t allowed.
Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are charged 100% of full fare. Groups of 10+ have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Rescheduling within 24 hours of check-in costs $25 per person plus tax. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or can reschedule.

You can’t join if you’re pregnant or if your child is under age 5. You also can’t use mobility aids (including wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or canes). The tour isn’t recommended if you have recent (past 12 months) neck, back, knee, or hip injuries/surgeries, chronic back/joint/neck conditions, balance issues, or limited strength.
