    Things to know

    This is a backpacking trip on rugged terrain. A welcome email with trip details usually arrives within 24 hours, or up to a week if the host is in the wild. If booking over five months out, wait to make nonrefundable travel plans until permit dates are confirmed.

    Cancellation policy

    $400 non-refundable deposit required to book. Remaining balance due 90 days before start. Cancel 61+ days: full refund minus deposit, booking platform fee, and credit card processing fee. Cancel 31–60 days: 50% refund minus deposit, booking platform fee, and credit card processing fee. Cancel 0–30 days: no refund. No refund for any unused portion of a trip.
