- Basic boating experience is required; this experience is not recommended for first-time boat operators
- Each participant must complete a liability waiver
- You are the captain and responsible for the safety and liability of yourself, your passengers, and the vessel
- Navigate only from Cruz Bay to Waterlemon Cay; trips to the British Virgin Islands are not permitted
- Use the provided safety equipment and keep boat operators below the legal alcohol limit
- Bring reef-safe sunscreen; spray sunscreen is not permitted
- A fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
- Credit-card transactions have a 5% processing fee that is not included in the listed price
- Optional damage insurance costs $15 for half-day rentals or $20 for full-day rentals and has a $750 deductible

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Receive a 50% refund up to 24 hours before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.
