- The person booking and renting must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license. Bring your driver's license and state-issued photo ID.
- Drivers must be at least 18. If any passengers are under 18, the driver must be at least 25.
- All riders must be at least 46 inches tall. Children must be able to sit properly with their feet flat on the floor.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require valid ATV and utility terrain vehicle safety certification, with proof before taking possession of the vehicle.
- This activity is not suitable during pregnancy.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- A refundable damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit or debit card for the deposit.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the machine with a full tank of 91-octane fuel and bring the fuel receipt.
- Any required safety certification fees are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price. Fees vary by provider.
- Late-return charges are not included in the listed price: $100 for a return 10 minutes to 1 hour late, plus $100 per hour beyond the first hour. If your late return interferes with another rental, you'll also be charged that rental's price.
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all passengers.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time.
Cancellation Policy
With at least 7 days' notice, you'll receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking. Submit cancellation notice in writing. No-shows are charged the full price. Rentals run rain or shine. Trail closures due to fire danger or other natural disasters on your rental day result in rebooking or a refund.
