• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1989 require a valid boating safety certification.
• Trailer-towing experience or willingness to learn before departure is required.
• Bring a valid driver's license and proof of current insurance for the tow vehicle.
• A valid Wisconsin fishing license is required if you plan to fish.
• A refundable damage deposit is required at arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit card for the deposit.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Refuel the pontoon with premium gas before returning it; the fuel cost is at your expense.
• Late-return charges are not included in the listed price: $100 for returns 10 minutes to 1 hour late, plus $100 per hour beyond the first hour. If your late return interferes with another rental, you'll also be charged that rental's price.
• Complete a damage waiver before departure. You assume liability for accidents, injuries, and damages during the rental and are responsible for any damages or fines incurred.
• Keep children under 13 in life jackets at all times.
• Do not smoke on the pontoon or use alcohol or drugs before or during the rental. Do not bring glass aboard.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in and the safety briefing.
