Important details

• The person booking and renting must be at least 21. A valid driver's license is required for the renter.
• Drivers must be at least 18, or at least 25 when carrying passengers under 18. Bring your driver's license and state-issued photo ID.
• All riders must be at least 46 inches tall. Children must be able to sit properly with their feet flat on the floor.
• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require ATV and utility terrain vehicle safety certification before taking possession of the vehicle. Certification from any U.S. state is accepted. Bring proof of certification.
• This activity is not suitable during pregnancy and is not wheelchair accessible.
• A refundable damage deposit per machine is required at arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit or debit card for the deposit.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the machine with a full tank and bring the fuel receipt.
• Any safety certification fees are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price; fees vary by course provider.
• Late-return charges are not included in the listed price: $100 for returns 10 minutes to 1 hour late, then $100 per hour beyond 1 hour. If your delay interferes with another rental, you'll also be charged that rental's price.
• Complete one liability waiver per machine and add all passengers to it.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time.
