Cancel at least 21 days before the tour for a full refund. No refund after that. Full refund if the operator cancels due to steady rain at the tour start.
FAQs
In summer, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and a poncho. Do not wear flip-flops. In winter, wear a heavy jacket, gloves, thermals, a neck warmer, a small beanie or ski hat under your helmet, and heavy or layered socks.
Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will miss the tour.
