This cruise delivers a genuinely memorable experience on the water, with staff consistently earning top marks across the board. Crew members like Bella, Eugene, Michelle, and Adriana are called out repeatedly by name, which says a lot about how personal and attentive the service feels. The food gets strong praise, the DJ keeps things lively, and there's a photographer on board if you want to leave with something tangible. Free parking at the dock is a nice bonus that several reviewers appreciated. The experience works well for a range of occasions, from milestone birthdays and Mother's Day dinners to corporate events and family outings with kids. Views of the Manhattan skyline and surrounding bridges are a highlight, and there's plenty of outdoor deck space to take it all in. One reviewer did mention a rude manager, though this appears to be an isolated incident in an otherwise overwhelmingly positive pattern of feedback. A practical tip worth noting: the air conditioning inside can run quite cold, so bringing a light layer is a smart move. Beyond that, most guests leave genuinely impressed, and the recurring theme across reviews is that the crew's warmth and professionalism make the whole experience feel well worth it.
We went to celebrate my birthday on the night of the Astoria fireworks and were greeted by not only kind, considerate, and generous service, but also the beautiful scenery of the East River from the comfort of a luxury yacht. All of the staff, but especially Bernabella and Michelle, made our evening so special and made the entire boat trip feel like such a celebration. Notably, the buffet food was very good and they were incredibly accommodating to my sister who had an allergy. We are absolutely looking forward to coming back again!
