Cancel 72+ hours before the tour for a full refund. No refunds within 72 hours. For bookings made within 72 hours of the tour, cancel within 1 hour of booking for a full refund; after that, no refund. Reschedule free 72+ hours before the tour; no refunds after rescheduling.
