- A signed liability waiver is required before participating
- Participants under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian

- Return the kayak by the end of the rental period
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability. No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the reservation without a refund. If rentals are canceled for weather, river conditions, or safety concerns, reschedule or receive a full refund.
