- Complete an electronic waiver before arrival; a guardian must complete it for minors
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before your departure time
- Swimming ability is required
- Wear the provided Type III life jacket at all times on the water
- Wear strapped river shoes or water shoes; flip-flops are not permitted
- Canoes require at least 2 people; tandem kayaks carry 2 paddlers
- No alcohol is permitted on river trips
- Expect trips to operate rain or shine; departures may be delayed or canceled for thunder, lightning, or high water
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days ahead for a full refund; cancel 1–6 days ahead for a 50% refund. No refund on the day of the trip or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to thunder or lightning, unsafe air or water temperatures, high winds, or high water levels.
