Itinerary
Your Paint Pouring Mobile Art Party is a 60-minute creative session full of color, flow, and fun!
15–20 minutes before start:
Your art host arrives early to set up all supplies, prepare the paint mixtures, and protect the workspace. (Setup time is not included in the 60 minutes.)
0–10 minutes | Welcome & Technique Overview
Guests learn the basics of acrylic paint pouring, including color selection, layering, and flow techniques.
10–15 minutes | Prepare Paint & Canvas
Guests mix their chosen paint colors and get ready to pour.
15–45 minutes | Pour & Create
Time to pour, tilt, and swirl! Guests create their abstract masterpieces with help and guidance from the art host.
45–60 minutes | Touch-Ups & Cleanup
Guests add final details or a second layer (if booked). Our team handles all cleanup while canvases are left to dry in place.

Important details
- Have tables and chairs set up before the art host arrives
- Ages 8+ only; adult supervision is required
- Final head count is due 72 hours before the event and becomes the minimum billed total
- Optional additional pours cost $20 per person for a 10×10 canvas or $25 per person for a 12×12 canvas; these charges are billed on the event day and are not included in the listed price
- Optional tarp or floor-covering rental costs $15 per table; this charge is billed on the event day and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule with 7+ days' notice to a new date within 90 days. Less than 7 days' notice: $100 rescheduling fee. Less than 48 hours' notice: forfeit the entire 50% deposit.
FAQs
Leave canvases in place for several hours to dry completely. Pick them up later or carefully transport them once the paint has settled.
