Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start. No refunds for later cancellations. No-shows may be charged the full activity amount.

Dress for the weather. This is an almost entirely outdoor event, and rain, wind, mud, and cold are possible.
Bring a printed receipt or confirmation email, or show a screenshot, along with photo ID. Bring cash as some vendors accept cash only, and there is no ATM on site.
Leave dogs at home. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) service animals are permitted but cannot enter the reindeer pen. Emotional support dogs are not considered service animals.
