Important details
- Minors must attend with an adult
- Pets are not allowed on tours. ADA service animals are permitted unless unruly, barking, growling, or misbehaving; dogs cannot enter the reindeer pen. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals
- Complete a waiver for each visit. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Arrive 15 minutes before your tour time and check in at the Log Cabin Gift Shop
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before start. No-shows are charged the full price. The tour usually runs in weather but may be canceled for safety due to glare ice. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
