This operation presents some serious red flags that travelers should carefully consider. Multiple recent visitors report buses simply not showing up at designated pickup locations, leaving them stranded despite confirmed reservations. Communication issues appear widespread, with customers struggling to reach anyone by phone or email when problems arise. Several reviewers discovered their tours were sold to different companies without notice, and there's a concerning pattern of high-pressure sales tactics requiring customers to sit through timeshare-style presentations. When tours do actually happen, experiences vary wildly depending on your guide. Shelly, Kai, Big Tony, and Johnny earn praise for their knowledge and professionalism, creating genuinely memorable experiences for those lucky groups. However, the operational problems overshadow these positives. It's worth noting that Pearl Harbor's main attractions, including the USS Arizona Memorial, are actually free to visit independently. You just need to secure tickets through the National Park Service 30 days or 24 hours in advance. Given the reliability concerns here, many travelers might feel more confident arranging their own transportation and tickets directly rather than risking a no-show situation.

I'm not really someone that is into tours, but I really enjoyed this one. Shelly, our guide, was very personable and shared many great stories and tidbits. My girlfriend and I waited until the last minute to get tickets to the USS Arizona and hadn't rented a car, so we decided to book this tour. It was so convenient to get picked up and taken to various tourist spots while not having to worry about getting tickets or dealing with the notorious Honolulu traffic.
