Riding e-bikes through Prescott's trails is clearly a crowd favorite, and the reviews back it up consistently. Brian, Tony, and the rest of the crew get called out by name repeatedly for being friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful getting riders set up before heading out. The bikes are well-maintained and fully charged, the trails are scenic, and the whole experience tends to feel smooth from booking to pickup. A couple of reviewers flagged small logistical things worth knowing, like meeting point directions being a bit unclear and bikes lacking storage for those hoping to pack a picnic. One rider had an issue with a faulty pedal mid-ride that led to a minor fall, though the team handled a flat tire for another group without skipping a beat. Overall these feel like isolated hiccups rather than patterns. The 2-hour self-guided option seems to be the sweet spot for most people, families included, and repeat visitors are common. If you're looking for a low-barrier, genuinely scenic way to spend a few hours in Prescott, this one consistently delivers.
We had a great time riding Ebikes for the first time in Prescott. The trail that they suggested was the Peavine and Iron King Trail. It went past Watson Lake, through gorgeous rock formations, and out into the meadows surrounding Prescott. It was so fun, and easy to ride. Brian and Danny were fabulous! They took great care of us - taught us how to ride the bikes, Danny went with us for a little bit to be sure we had it together, and when I fell down when I was almost back, Danny even rode over to be sure I was OK. A wonderful time was had by all!! Highly recommend!!
