    Highlights

Explore Phillip Island on a shared afternoon bus tour from Melbourne, with an English-speaking driver-guide bringing the island’s history and wildlife into focus. Choose general viewing or Penguins Plus for a closer perspective from a platform overlooking a key penguin pathway.

    Itinerary

    1. Meet at the corner of Flinders and Market Streets beside the Immigration Museum, not at its front entrance. Depart at 13:45 from 5 April to 3 October, or 14:45 from 4 October to 3 April.
    2. Travel to Phillip Island with your guide, learning about its history and taking in the coastal landscape.
    3. Explore The Nobbies on a 20-minute guided stop. Take in views across Bass Strait and learn about the island’s landscapes and native wildlife.
    4. Spend 2 hours 15 minutes at the Penguin Parade, watching for little penguins returning from the ocean to their burrows. The Join-in Tour and General Viewing option includes general viewing; the Join-in Tour and Penguin Plus Upgrade option takes you to the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre and includes closer viewing from the Penguins Plus platform overlooking a key penguin pathway.
