Important details
- Ages 25+ only to rent; proof of age is required
- A boater safety certificate is required if born after December 31, 1987; out-of-state boater licenses are accepted
- A designated non-drinking driver is required
- Requires a driver who can operate, park, and dock the vessel in a slip
- Arrive 45 minutes before departure for a safety tutorial and orientation
- Complete a rental agreement listing each passenger's name, date of birth, and life jacket size
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged by gallon after the rental to the card on file
- A card remains on file after the rental for fuel consumed and any damage charges
- Stay within the waters between the Florida/Alabama line and Navarre Beach; do not enter the Gulf of Mexico
- No towing, nighttime operation, smoking, or grilling aboard
- Requires walking to the dock and getting on and off the vessel's bow; not wheelchair accessible
- A Florida fishing license is required if you fish
- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+; glass is not allowed aboard
- Rentals stop when average wind speeds exceed 19 mph

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure without penalty. Cancellations 7–14 days before are charged 50%; within 7 days or no-shows are charged 100%. Arriving more than 30 minutes late is a no-show. Full refund if canceled for unsafe weather.
FAQs
The rental will be canceled without a refund if the captain cannot demonstrate the ability to operate, park, and dock the vessel in a slip during checkout.
Provide a docking address for your multi-day rental. If your stay does not have a dock, you can use Sabine Marina as your home base and keep the boat in a secure slip overnight.
