Itinerary

• Your adventure begins with the Naughty-or-Nice Spirit-o-Meter, where you’ll discover whether your Christmas spirit earns you a spot on Santa’s Nice list—or if a little more holiday cheer is in order!

• Then, buckle up as you board our North Pole Elfavator, soaring through the skies to the magical North Pole. But this is no ordinary ride—help our playful in-flight Elf activate the portal that transports you directly into Santa’s world!

• Your first stop? Santa’s Reindeer Barn, where you’ll meet a brand-new friend—Vixen! Help her work her reindeer magic and open the next portal into the heart of the North Pole: the Elf Workshop!

• Inside the workshop, the North Pole's Head Elf will introduce you to the North Pole Magical Blueprint Experience, where, with a little Christmas magic, a wooden toy appears before your eyes! Each child gets to be part of the magic and take home their very own, one-of-a-kind North Pole creation.

• Next, stop by the Northern Most Mailbox, the chattiest mailbox in the world, to drop off your letter to Santa himself! Once the final portal opens, you’ll step into Santa’s cozy living room for a personal, heartfelt meet-and-greet. Santa already knows all about your little ones, making this the most personalized and magical Santa experience ever!

• Don’t forget to capture the magic! After your visit, you’ll receive 4-6 professional photos, but self-photography is always welcome—our elves are here to lend a helping hand!

Important details

• All ages welcome. Children require an accompanying adult.
• Have your QR code ready at check-in.
• Check in 15–20 minutes before your appointment. Only street parking is available; the venue provides no parking. On weekends, allow 45–60 minutes on the island for parking and check-in, with additional time during special events.
• Late arrivals still end at the scheduled time, and activities may be shortened or skipped; only the Santa meeting is guaranteed if your visit begins late. Arriving 8 minutes late counts as a no-show for the Silver Tour, including delays caused by parking.
