Full refund with 7-day notice; no refund with 6 days or less. Weather cancellations are rescheduled; refunds are not issued for weather cancellations. No-shows charged full price. Delays cut into trip time and are not refunded. No refund if you arrive with more than 6 guests.

Yes. The limit is 230 lbs per guest, and 1,100 lbs total among guests. In an emergency, everyone must be able to fit into a Type 1 Coast Guard-mandated life vest to board.
