Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time; rides begin on time and late arrivals are not refunded

- Bring a valid photo ID
- Wear closed-toe shoes with socks, comfortable jeans or leggings, and season-appropriate layers
- Bring your own non-alcoholic snacks and drinks; alcohol is not allowed
- Expect a mostly walking ride; trotting may be possible only when conditions are suitable and the whole group agrees
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee when you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your reservation. No refund for less than 48 hours' notice. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other extenuating circumstances, choose rescheduling or a refund.
