Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time; late arrivals cannot participate
- Ages 3+ only
- ATV drivers must be ages 16+, 5 ft tall, and weigh 100–350 lbs; each ATV carries one rider only
- Ride in a guide-driven UTV if you are ages 3–15 or do not ride an ATV; children ages 3–4 need an adult in the UTV
- Have a parent or legal guardian present for riders ages 3–17
- Keep combined weight at 900 lbs or less in a four-seat UTV
- Wear closed-toe shoes; long pants are recommended, and swimsuits are not appropriate
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching government-issued photo ID; each rider needs valid ID
- Complete a waiver if you are 18+; a parent or guardian completes it for minors
- Expectant mothers and people with recent surgery or chronic back or neck problems cannot be accommodated
- Use GoPros and similar devices only during stops
- Expect the tour to operate rain or shine
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. No refund within 48 hours. A $50 per-person rebooking fee applies to changes within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and safety instructions. If you arrive late and miss the safety instructions, you cannot participate and you will not receive a refund.
Wear closed-toe shoes (required). Long pants are recommended, and swimsuits are not appropriate for ATV riding.
Drive your own single-rider ATV if you are 16+ and meet the driver requirements (100–350 lbs and at least 5 ft tall). Ages 3–15 ride in a UTV driven by the guide (no exceptions), and ages 3–4 must ride in the UTV with an adult.
