- Operators born on or after January 1, 1999 require a valid Boating Safety Education Card from a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved course
- Overnight rentals must return by sunset; nighttime boating is not allowed
- Overnight dockage requires secure conditions and at least 4 feet of water depth
- A $2,500 credit card authorization hold is placed at the time of rental in case of damage
