Important details
- Minimum age to rent: 25. Minimum age to operate: 18 with a valid driver's license.
- Present your driver's license on the day of your rental. Without it, you cannot operate the snowmobile and your rental fee is forfeited.
- Damage protection is mandatory. The standard option has no daily protection charge but requires a $1,000 security deposit, separate from the listed price. The full deposit must be available for authorization at pickup; the hold is voided if you return the machine without damage.
- Vehicle damage charges are capped at your selected security deposit. Retrieval and recovery charges apply separately, beyond the deposit, and are not included in the listed price. Rental liability insurance is not included.
- Refuel the snowmobile before returning it. Return refueling is your responsibility and is not included in the listed price.
- Wear appropriate winter clothing and the supplied helmet while operating the snowmobile. Winter clothing is not included.
- Ride from the rental location and return to the same location. Transporting the snowmobile on a trailer is not permitted.
- Complete the liability waiver and rental agreement before arrival.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time to get geared up.
Cancellation Policy
Until 2 weeks before arrival, deposits are refundable minus 5% of the reservation total. With satisfactory conditions, cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit the 50% deposit; within 48 hours, the remaining balance is also forfeited. Same-season rescheduling costs $25 per machine, subject to availability; otherwise, cancellation terms apply.
