Important details
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, or at least 25 when carrying a minor passenger. Bring your license on rental day; without it, you cannot drive and your rental fee is forfeited
- Passengers must be ages 8+ and able to grasp the handholds, plant their feet firmly on the floor, and sit with their back fully against the seat back
- A damage waiver program is mandatory. Standard protection requires a $1,000 security deposit authorized at pickup, separate from the listed price. The full deposit amount must be available. Damage charges, including parts, labor, and loss of use, are capped at your deposit; the authorization is voided if there is no damage
- Retrieval and recovery charges are additional to the security deposit and are not included in the listed price. Rental liability insurance is not included
- Refuel the snowmobile before returning it. Return-trip refueling is at your expense and is not included in the listed price
- Wear appropriate winter clothing and the provided helmet while riding. Winter clothing is not included
- Ride from the rental location and return to the same location. Transporting the snowmobile on a trailer is not permitted
- Complete the liability waiver and rental agreement before arrival
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time to get geared up
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available until 2 weeks before arrival, minus 5% of the reservation total. Assuming satisfactory conditions, cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit 50% of the total; within 48 hours, the full amount. Rescheduling within the same season costs $25 per machine, subject to availability. If you cannot reschedule within the season, cancellation terms apply.
