Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 72 hours before rental start. Refunds are also issued for specific safety concerns deemed by the State, County, City, or Island Outfitters. No refunds for early returns, weather-related issues, last-minute cancellations, or carts confiscated for safety-rule violations.
