Yes. Pickup is available at about 40 hotels in downtown Portland and on the east side of the Willamette River near the Convention Center. South Waterfront Park is the default pickup location if no specific hotel pickup has been arranged.
The Douglas Garage at 1835 S River Dr is about a block from the default pickup location. Other parking garages are within a 5–10-minute walk.
