Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and start your tab
- Bring no outside food or beverages; outside desserts are allowed
- Children under 12 require an adult on the course, and parents must sign a safety waiver
- Ages 21+ only after 7pm, except during a facility buyout
- Remove your decorations before the event ends; staff begin cleaning the space 10–15 minutes beforehand
- Conclude on time; a $25 charge applies for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled end time unless approved in advance
- Expect bar service only unless arranged beforehand
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your event to avoid a charge for the full reservation. Deposits are nonrefundable except for acts of God or federal, state, county, or city mandates. Same-day tickets are nonrefundable.
