Important details
- Ages 16+ only
- Wear clothing you do not mind getting dirty
- Tie back long hair and avoid long jewelry
- Do not attend if you have tested positive for COVID
- Ask permission before filming or posting videos of other attendees or instructors
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop for a refund or rebooking. No refunds or rebookings are available within 48 hours or after the workshop. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late forfeit the booking. If the workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you can rebook or receive a full refund.
FAQs
Use the studio parking lot if space is available; otherwise, street parking is available.
Your pieces are typically ready 3–4 weeks after your workshop. You’ll receive an email when they are ready for pickup; studio pickup hours are Thursday–Sunday, 12–5.
If one of your pieces breaks during firing, you’ll be notified by email and rebooked into another workshop at no charge.
