Itinerary
Your Pre-Drawn Canvas Painting Mobile Art Party is a 90-minute creative session designed for fun, creativity, and confidence!
15-20 minutes before start:
Your instructor/host arrives early to set up all painting supplies and prepare your creative space. (Setup time is not included in the 90 minutes.)
0–10 minutes | Welcome & Setup
Guests get settled, put on aprons, and your host provides a quick introduction to the materials and how to get started.
10–20 minutes | Design Overview
We introduce the chosen pre-drawn design, review basic painting techniques, and demonstrate how to add color, depth, and detail.
20–80 minutes | Paint & Create
Guests paint their pre-drawn canvases at their own pace while the host offers tips, assistance, and encouragement throughout the session.
80–90 minutes | Wrap-Up & Cleanup
Guests add final touches, take photos of their masterpieces, and admire each other’s work. Cleanup takes about 15 minutes and is fully handled by our team.

Important details
- Ages 5+ only
- Have tables and chairs ready before the art host arrives
- Design selection and final headcount are required at least 72 hours before the event; the final count is the minimum billable total
- A $100 mobile art party base event fee applies in addition to the listed price
- Individual design choices are available for an additional $5 per person
- Optional floor coverings are available for an additional $15 per table
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. With 7+ days' notice, reschedule within 90 days. Less than 7 days: $100 rescheduling fee. Less than 48 hours: forfeit the 50% deposit.
