- Have tables and chairs ready when the art host arrives
- Design selection and final guest count are due at least 72 hours before the event
- Your final guest count becomes the minimum billable total, even if fewer people attend
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. With 7+ days' notice, reschedule within 90 days with your deposit applied. With less than 7 days' notice, a $100 rescheduling fee applies. With less than 48 hours' notice, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
