Important details
- Wheelchair accessibility is limited: train doorways are 24 inches wide, and wheelchair storage space is limited. A boarding lift is available at Greenbank Station, and all buildings have wheelchair ramps.
- Pets are not permitted aboard. Service dogs individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
- Do not smoke on the train or inside any building.
Cancellation Policy
Pick up your tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. Seats may be released if tickets remain unclaimed 5 minutes before departure. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Trains operate rain or shine.

Coaches and cabooses are heated during colder months. They are not air-conditioned, but windows open for fresh air. The Doodlebug railcar has both heating and summer air-conditioning; equipment may be substituted.
