Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel 7+ days ahead or within 24 hours of booking. Within 7 days, cancellation charges are $135/hour for 1–6 people or $285/hour for 7+, for each booked hour. You may reschedule up to 3 times free, applying the full charged amount to your next reservation. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your reservation may incur $50. No-shows are charged in full and cannot reschedule.
